1. How do I place an order?

3. Is there a minimum order quantity that must be placed?

Different minimums apply to each item on our site.  The first, and smallest, quantity listed under each item is that particular products minimum.

There are times when exceptions can be made and a less than minimum order can be produced.  There are usually additional fees assessed with this type of order.  Please contact us for pricing and additional fees associated with less than minimum orders.

4. What methods of payment are accepted?

Alternate Methods Accepted:
Business Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfer

Please contact us to make arrangements to pay by any of our alternate methods.

5. What is standard production time?

Typically production time for the items on the website is 5-10 business days after final art approval.  However, if there is a specific date that you need your order in hands by, most items do offer rush service.  Please contact us for pricing and additional fess associated with rush orders.

6. Will I see a proof?

Yes.  Identity-Links offers a paper proof, free of charge, on each order prior to production.  Multiple changes and revised proofs may incur additional charges.

7. Is a set-up fee required each time I order?

A set-up fee is required for each item ordered the first time it is ordered, unless otherwise stated on the web.  Repeat orders submitted within two years of the previous order will not be assessed a new set up fee, pending the imprint is identical to the previous order's imprint.

8. Do you offer rush service?

Yes.  We do offer rush service.  All our 24 hour rush service items can be seen at the following two locations.

PLEASE NOTE***RETURN POLICY

PLEASE OPEN AND CHECK ALL PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT. ANY DISCREPANCY OF AN ORDER RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS IS VOID.

NEW ITEMS BEING RETURNED FOR CREDIT-
An authorized return of an item for the reason of "over ordering", "wrong size", "does not fit" or "not needing" will be subject to a 15% restocking fee you will pay return shipping.
Apparel may be returned only if it has not been worn or washed.
Special ordered apparel that is not a stock size may not be returned.
Items embroidered with non stock logos may not be returned.        

Please contact Worldwide Supply to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  This can be done by phone, letter or fax.  Once you have been issued a RA#, please write it on the outside of the box you are returning it in and include your name, telephone number, original invoice number, and the reason for the return.
Sorry, but we will not accept chemicals for return after 90 days from the date of purchase.
